Microsoft Project Level 2

Suitable for versions 2016 / 2013 / 2010

In Microsoft Project level 1, delegates used project management skills to create a project plan. This course will build upon that knowledge, and give you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase. Topics include; how to manage, track and record progress on a live project and how to compare Actual data to Baseline data.

Course content

Prerequisites

Delegates should ideally have completed the Level 1 course in this series of courses or they should have a reasonable grasp of the fundamentals of building a plan and assigning resources in MS Project.
